Refund policy
If we are unable to secure a replacement product due to reasons such as the product being sold out or no longer available, we may refund the product price, as well as shipping and handling fees.
Refunds will be made according to the payment method used at the time of ordering.
In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer to your specified account.
In addition, if the following conditions are met, we may refuse to accept returns or exchanges even if there is a problem with the contents of the delivery.
Please note.
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- Used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned items
- Products without accessories, demerit tags, product tags, warranty cards, bags, or boxes
- Products that have become smelly, scratched, or dirty while in the customer's possession
- Products with damaged packaging (bags/boxes, etc.) (This does not include plastic bags or cardboard boxes used to protect the product)
