Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancellation of orders As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after the shipping confirmation email has been sent.
We take every precaution to ensure product inventory is managed properly, but if for unavoidable reasons we are unable to secure the stock of the item you ordered, we may have to cancel your order.
Returns and ExchangesAs a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
All products we handle meet the quality and inspection standards of the manufacturer or domestic authorized distributor.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to small scratches or abrasions that occur unavoidably during manufacturing, uneven coloring due to the design, or individual differences in texture.
We take every precaution with the quality and packaging of our products, but if any of the following problems occur with the product, we will exchange or refund the product at our expense.
・If the product is damaged or soiled ・If the product is different from the one you ordered
If any of the above applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
*Please store the product in the same packaging as when it was delivered.
Important Notice
・If you do not receive the item in person and do not have a copy of the delivery slip, we may not be able to track the package and may not be able to refund your money. Please refrain from doing so to avoid any trouble. *Please be sure to keep the copy of the delivery slip until your refund is complete.
・Please do not use the post office services Letter Pack Light, Yu-Packet, and Click Post as they do not allow for face-to-face pickup. Also, please refrain from returning items by registered mail. We will not be held responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of returned items that are caused by using the above services.
・If the product is damaged or soiled during delivery, we may not be able to accept the return. Therefore, we recommend that you return the product using a method that is insured and traceable.

- Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

- Products that have the "No returns" statement on the product page
- Items that are past the return deadline
- Used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned items
- Products without accessories, demerit tags, product tags, warranty cards, bags, or boxes
- Products that have become smelly, scratched, or dirty while in the customer's possession
- Products with damaged packaging (bags/boxes, etc.) *This does not include plastic bags or cardboard boxes used to protect the product.
- If the shipping slip or packing tape is attached directly to the product box (shoe box, accessory box, etc.)
- Products purchased in store (including E-Collect)
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.
About the shopping cart
Please note that the stock is not reserved when you add an item to your cart. The stock is reserved when you complete the checkout.
Also, if you place another order between adding an item to your cart and completing checkout, the item may be out of stock depending on the timing.
Purchase quantity limits
Depending on the product, such as a limited edition product, we may limit the number of items you can purchase.
The applicable products are clearly stated in the product information section of the product page.
Furthermore, please note that we may cancel any payments that fall under the following categories when purchasing the relevant products.
- Orders made from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person
(For example, payments made using the same or similar name, address, or unused phone number)
・Orders that appear to be made using a BOT
